Xbox FanFest is back for E3 2017!

Ladies and gentlemen, it’s back! Xbox marketing manager, Aaron Greenburg, just confirmed via Twitter that the official Xbox FanFest celebration will be returning to E3 later this year.

In 2016, Xbox brought the FanFest to Gamescon in Germany, as well as E3 in Los Angeles. Out of an estimated 1000 people who lined up for their chance, only 500 were selected by a lottery system. We were fortunate enough to be among that group. It was a robust event, spanning the whole week of E3, and included giveaways, exclusive invitations to the Xbox briefing, custom backpack filled with gaming swag, networking opportunities with some of the industry’s top developers and leaders, and entry into E3. As if that weren;t enough, they hooked us all up with custom-engraved Xbox One controllers.

It was awesome and all we had to do was wait in line for about 13 hours. Last years’ FanFest began at the Microsoft Store in the Westfield Century City Mall in Los Angeles. No further details have yet been released but we’ll bring you all the updates as they are released, so check back often. Maybe we’ll get some more details on Project Scorpio

Did you attend FanFest last year? What are you most looking forward to at E3 this year? Let us know in the comments.
